laHarlikha Day Care Center Opening

The ground breaking ceremony of the laHarlikha Day Care Center is still in Lahar area at Km. 95++ on  Saturday morning that will start at sunrise. Everybody is invited to join the ceremony. Some of the guests are selected artists, the Ifugao contingent, representatives from the governor's office and the mayor's office.
